Work & Experience
1. Responsible to organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements of Deputy General Manager. 2. Handle, arrange and monitor the Deputy General Manager’s daily schedule and all related matters in the Department. 3. Assist all the administrative works under Administration and HR Department to ensure the following. • Arrange meetings, keep record and distribute minutes of the meeting, Office orderliness and cleanliness, Organize filing system. 4. Handling all the incoming and outgoing calls, emails, letters/memos and other communication addressed to Deputy General Manager. 5. Responsible to cooperate with other departments for the benefit of the Company. 6. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to her by her Manager 7. Assist Manager in Preparing Yearly Budget Plan for the Department.
