 Assisting on creating technical drawings in coordination with the design, specification, and standards such as NFPA, ADA, & QCD(Life & Safety Code).  Utilization of Revit upon extracting schedule and bill of quantities.  Work with 3D modeling (LOD 100 – LOD 500) from conceptualization up to as-built. Performs collaborative model with the use of BIM 360.  Facilitation on 2d details against 3d model to check the clashes on facades, MEP penetrations, architectural and landscape discipline.  Prepares rebar drawings according to project requirement.  Maintains communication with all parties involved in the project.  Conduct’s site inspection to verify work progress and resolve site issues.  Responds to shop drawings that requires revision for client’s approval.  Facilitate red-line procedure upon producing As-Built Drawings.

Oversees the installation of materials & other design elements.  Orders necessary materials, adhering to project & budget specifications.  Undertake site supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same progress of construction work requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.

 Supervise subcontractor on production of fabrication shop drawings.  Reviewing and develop fabrication drawings of steel balustrade & handrails, wall mounted handrails and secondary steels supports (in line with the design calculation, NFPA & current conditions of the site).  Supporting package manager by keeping on track from documentation, submission, and site activity to meet project deadlines.  Assisting Architectural Manager on the subcontractor and in-house shop drawings (meeting targets of shop drawings submission & answering cdf’s for re-submission of the drawings).  Detailing and supervising in the application of materials on interior spaces.  Prepares BOQ (bill of quantities) of materials to be use on the project. Structural Department (Rebar Reviewer & Detailer)  Produces Structural shop drawings specifically on concrete general arrangement and rebar detail in accordance with design drawings.  Review and revise on subcontractor submitted rebar drawing.  Estimating materials on steel, concrete and waterproofing.  Preparing and checking bar bending schedules and coordinating with the supplier on its estimated time of arrival as per site schedule.
