Cargo Facilities, Utility Buildings, and AVI building for animal facilities. • Prepared the Civil work “Asset Register”. I managed as well the subcontractor’s Asset tagging items which are requirements of the client in Asset Register documentation. • Managed the Master Key submittal, Spare Parts and OMM Operation Maintenance Manual. • Prepared AS-BUILT Drawing Cross Reference table • Raised RFI’s. • Worked with Landside and Airside demarcation lines and building Area-wise to achieve the required Asset Register tagging procedures.

“FDTA – Flight Deck Training Academy” ( Qatar Airways Project ) - Ras Bu Abboud, Doha “Simulator Training Pit” project which involved delivering a “Fast Track Project”. Consists of (SIM1 Building -12 Simulators), (SIM2 Building-16 Simulators), GBL Building- Administration Bldg., CUP Building-Central Unit Plant building, and additional scope, the Roads and External Works. • Managed the entire quality of the Technical design team’s Deliverable drawings, and handled the review and approval of shop drawings submitted from the subcontractors and reverted with comments. • Organized our Technical Drawing Log and Schedules. • Coordinated with the subcontractor’s team including MEP, External Infrastructure, Structural subcontractors, and Architectural finishing team, for the services clashing on site. • Engaged in Infrastructure coordination, checked and commented on the shop drawings following “ASHGHAL” Standard design drawings. • Provided the correct top/cover levels, inverted pipes levels, bottom levels of all Storm Drain & Foul Sewer Chambers, and Manholes, Electrical HV/LV manholes, Chilled Water manholes, Fire Protection manholes, Gate Valve chambers, Lifting Station based on the actual water/sea level and Roads Grading works. • Solved with detailed drawings and 3D for any design conflict based on site conditions for coordination review and approval. • Studded and solved a problem for some need-able solution. • Raised RFI’s, and checked the progress on site.

“Gold Line Underground and Red Line North Underground Railways Project” ( Qatar Rail Project ) Ras Bu Abboud & Al Qassar, Doha Doha Metro system that successfully managed to deliver the “Architectural Finishes Works” and Material Quantity take-off packages. • Prepared design drawings, estimates, measurements, detailed breakdowns for change/ additional works, and progress measurements of all areas of the work using Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel software. • Provided the Material Quantity take-off packages for the procurement department such as terrazzo, pergola design, wall cladding, glass, wood, lights, vaults, and paints. Also for metro Shelters, Concourse, and Platform Level, Subway, Pop-ups buildings, Station box, Landscapes, Hardscapes, Softscapes, and all the scope of the project. • Managed the project Payment Milestone drawings that supported the planning department. • Inspected the ongoing Site construction and marked it up in the drawing and made a report with pictures.

2016 “Drainage & Treatment Tank TA4- Roads & Infrastructure” “Zulal Destination Spa and Five Star Family Resort” - lbn Hayyan St. C-ring Road Doha • Producing Architectural submission drawings and coordinates related to the project. 2015 – 2016 “Red Line South Underground Railways Project” –(Transportation)Umm Ghuwalina, Doha Metro Rail project, which the scope is “Architectural Branding design” –The stage of “Design Finishing works” • Deeply assigned to this role as modeler designer, which is making a design-based drawing from scratch into final detailed drawings using various software. First, made 2d design drawings using Autocad then executed in sketch-up software for the base of the 3d design and finalize using Revit 3d models, such as ceiling petals, ceiling vaults, signage vaults, wall design for concourse, platforms, and subway level. • Supported the entire team to produce the deliverable drawings.

“Qatar Petroleum District” (Building Complex – High Rise) - West Bay, Doha Composed of 9 High-Rise Towers ranging from 18 to 52-Storey, a Five-Star Hotel, Energy Center, Prayer Hall, Auditorium, Substations, Retail, and Car Park Building for 5,500 cars, and shared Podiums that cost the project of USD 2.2 Billion, and I was deeply involved from different departments and multi-tasking works. 2013 - 2014: Technical Department Worked in a Hotel building and Towers as part of the Technical team. • Updated the drawings from the consultant as well as EI- Engineer’s Instruction. • Prepared RFI’s for architectural and structural design-related issues. • Site supervision. 2011 - 2013: Architectural Department Deeply Involved in Architectural and mixed Structural works. • Provided detailed architectural shop drawings such as plans, elevation, sections, spot details, 3- dimensional drawings, expansion joint, control joint layout, blockwork, screed layout, etc. • Prepared formwork drawings, structural framing, corewall, elevator shaft, and stairs design, made a catwalk plan and details, • Developed the design of the precast beams, precast slabs, precast panels, and fabrication drawings. • Reviewed plans and evaluate design changes. 2011 - 2011: MEP Department • Coordinated the structural and MEP drawings. • Consolidated services drawings- CSD to detect the clashing of structural beams, columns, and all trades. 2009 - 2011: Method Department One of Method’s design team for pre-construction works until the end of the method construction phases. • Performed the method construction drawings such as Excavation, Site Progress Report drawings, and sequential drawings for General work sequence, Formworks Installing sequence and design, Safety Fence installations, Placing boom climbing sequence, and Slipforms mock-up. • Method of Statement (pouring of the slab, Stair, and many more), Blockworks. “Doha North Sewerage Treatment & Associated Works PS70 & Pumping Mains” (Infrastructure) Method’s Cad for Infrastructure projects of Waste Treatment Facilities. • Provided accurate Coordinates of the PS70 project and site installation layout. • Made a General Phasing of Micro Tunneling works, and detailed drawings. • Supported the teams to produce the deliverable drawings.

“Flat Work Ironer & Folder / Labor Camp Mess Hall” A small project which was a reliever for months. • Expressed my design idea involving designing a labor camp for Consulting company, and Laundry Equipment located in the Sheraton Hotel. • Architectural and MEP layout package.

“The Saint Francis Twin Towers” (High Rise Building) Consists of a 60-storey Residential Condominium project located in the Heart of Shangri-La Mandaluyong City. • Prepared RFI’s for architectural and structural design-related issues. • Coordinated the MEP–CSD trades and executed in the 3d Cad model to check the clashing of all the components. • Made an as-built drawing.
