We at Nabina Holding are looking out for a reliable Technical Supervisor to join our capable team of professionals. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for meeting daily production targets and KPI’s. The position will ensure the planning, technical submission, organization and assigning of work to team members through clear and concise communication while upholding high safety and operational standards.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Schedules, assigns and plans the work of carpentry and performing a variety of carpentry projects.
  • Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of carpentry expenditures, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
  • Estimates material and labor.
  • Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
  • Maintains time, payroll, and material records, and submits reports.
  • Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, construction codes, and the like.
  • Ensures budgeting guidelines are met; prioritizes shop expenditures and assists in preparation of capital and operations budgets.
  • Reviews plans and specifications for future buildings, and inspects new buildings to ensure quality work and code and specifications compliance.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Knowledge of computer operation.
  • Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the carpentry trade.
  • Knowledge of cabinet-making techniques.
  • Skills in the construction, repair, restoration, and installation of wood or related materials.
  • Skill in estimating time and material requirements of work projects assigned.
  • Skill in supervising the work of others.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
