Project: Abu Hamour Shopping Village (Baraha Town) Client: Le Mirage Real Estate • Assist to Preparing Baseline, Maintain the Baseline and updating the work progress. • Preparing Micro Program • Project Planning, Design, supervision and monitoring the progress of projects. • Attending the meeting with Higher management, Client & Consultant to Develop project concepts and maintain optimal workflow. • Understanding the design and construction process and their impacts on the cost. • Preparation of S-Curves for planned vs achieved targets. • Communicate with professional engineers on a weekly basis to coordinate the project detail. • Ensure of works to be completed as per the project schedules in accordance with the approved & revised drawings, preparation of Daily reports, monthly reports & weekly progress reports

Project: Proposed Office Development for People’s Bank Client: Peoples Bank, Sri Lanka • Study and review of the tender document, scope of work, drawing, BOQ, specifications, client requirements for proper planning work. • Prepare detailed execution planning program. • Resource loading and cost loading. • Progress updating, monitoring, and controlling. • Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports. • Monitoring Critical activities and advice to project management. • Coordinate with Site team in order to meet target deadline. • Participate the meetings as per required.
