Technical /Procurement/Coordinator /Quality Control • Review & understand the design requirements of all Architectural finishes. • Study & understand the specifics of all finishes. • Conduct material take off & prepare RFQ. • Review comparison offer sheets & select manufacturer/supplier. • Conduct meetings with selected suppliers. • Coordinate & Prepare material submi als. • Review AEOR comments before client submission. • Prepare RFI & dra design solutions. • Prepare Architectural & design development using approved submi als. • Does a technical design solution for implementation. • Prepare BOM / BOQ & material ordering. • Prepare agenda & conduct preparatory meetings with Team & client reps. • Prepare mock-up drawing & shop drawing if necessary. • Raise inspec on requests before full execution. • Conduct initial inspections before consultant approval. • Review shop drawings & approve them for official submission.
