Manpower Supervision – prepare daily work itinerary, project to be deliver and need to be done.  Project Estimation- materials, cost, labor, Gantt chart and budget.  Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.  Responsible for overall process of managing how resources are acquired, stored, and transported to their destination.  Quality Control for all incoming and outgoing.  Bidding and Presentation of project proposal direct to client.  Preparation, pre-planning and resources forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.  On hands operation of Light equipment’s and Heavy Equipment’s.  Train new employee, tool box meeting and Reports.  Conducts quality Inspections, witnesses/conducts product qualification testing (DPT, hydrotesting, x-ray testing, air test, magnetic testing).
